Answers to your common questions

Can you hold a place before I apply?
We cannot reserve a unit that we are leasing without a signed lease and without receiving the security deposit.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The amount due at lease signing will depend on the particular property and other factors that go into the qualification process.  Please contact your leasing agent to review the security deposit policy.

How do I pay rent?

How old do you have to be to apply?
In order for us to pull your credit and background you must be 18 years of age.  

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Check your lease to see if a pet is allowed, or call the office.  

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Contact the management office to discuss your options.

Is the deposit refundable?
Your purpose of your security deposit is to insure you will deliver the property upon move out in the same, or better, condition than you received it and that you will pay your rent on time and in full.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Your lease outlines the amount of notice required and how the notice is to be served.

Who needs a cosigner?
If you are asking this question, you probably need a co-signer.  This will be determined by the qualifications set forth by the property’s owner.
